We are seeking someone excited by the prospect of joining an immigration law firm. The ideal candidate is friendly, able to follow instructions, and pays close attention to detail. When a potential client calls us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Intake Specialists provide them with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, building rapport, listening to them, along with the ability to determine the root of their legal issues and whether or not we can help them. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating memorable client experiences. This important position involves talking with potential clients on the phone, qualifying these leads using set criteria, and following up with them every step of the way to make sure their experience with our law firm is first class.
The ideal candidate:

· Conveys confidence on the phone

· Can set the tone and the pace of the phone call

· Shows empathy to people on the phone and puts them at ease during their difficult time

· Demonstrates exceptional communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry

· Strong multitasking skills

· Inbound sales experience is a plus

· High School Graduate or equivalent

· Preference given to someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

SALARY: $42-44K per year. Paid Time Off. Health Insureance. 401k and parental leave plans after 2 years.
